​Encouraged by her husband, who reminded her of her extensive product development experience, Katherine set out to design a resort wear line that combined comfort, performance, and timeless style. Her goal was clear: help women look great and feel confident wherever life takes them.

​Katherine drew upon her years of experience launching hundreds of products to build a brand grounded in both innovation and inclusivity. Her strategy centered around two key pillars:

  • World Class Design: Katherine assembled a team of international fabric designers to create a sophisticated, figure-flattering collection of dresses and separates. Each piece was crafted to solve the fit challenges curvy women face, proving that functional clothing can also be fashionable.
  • Fabric Innovation: She developed Versaway™, a proprietary performance fabric engineered specifically for resort and active lifestyles. It offers:
  • Moisture Wicking technology for lasting comfort in warm climates
  • Cooling properties to regulate body temperature

In August 2022, Katherine successfully exited the company through a strategic sale. Under new ownership, the brand continues to thrive leveraging the versatility of Versaway™ fabric to expand into the booming athleisure and pickleball markets.
